Dear Ms Price, Thank you for your reply. I do not have a mobile phone and I have email-only access. Offering SMS delivery or postal password letters does notconstitute a usable disclosure and leaves me without remedy while I was put through severe pain by your practice. Under GDPR you must provide effective access in a form I can actually use: Art. 12 & 15 – transparent communication & right of access (usable, without undue delay). Art. 20 – data portability in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Art. 24 & 32 – accountability & security (you can verify identity and release securely without SMS). Accordingly, please release my records today via one of the following email-compatible methods: Re-send the PDFs with the password delivered by email to this address; or Provide a time-limited secure download link (no SMS gate); or Provide an encrypted ZIP and email the password; or Provide unencrypted PDFs via secure link (your choice of platform), with emailed confirmation. I do not have a mobile phone and I have email-only access. Offering SMS delivery or postal password letters does notconstitute a usable disclosure and leaves me without remedy while I was put through severe pain by your practice.
Under GDPR you must provide effective access in a form I can actually use:
Art. 12 & 15 – transparent communication & right of access (usable, without undue delay).
Art. 20 – data portability in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
Art. 24 & 32 – accountability & security (you can verify identity and release securely without SMS).
Accordingly, please release my records today via one of the following email-compatible methods:
Re-send the PDFs with the password delivered by email to this address; or
Provide a time-limited secure download link (no SMS gate); or
Provide an encrypted ZIP and email the password; or
Provide unencrypted PDFs via secure link (your choice of platform), with emailed confirmation.
Please also:
